2020: Expanding the Vision

The Wisconsin Association for Environmental Education invites you to join us at the 2020 WAEE Winter Workshop on January 17-20, 2020 at Treehaven, in Tomahawk, Wisconsin.
Winter Workshop runs from Friday evening until Sunday afternoon. You’ll have the opportunity to network, participate in hands-on sessions and try out some skis or snowshoes. Evening entertainment will include live music, a silent auction, Nertz tournament, and fire-side merriment. Bring homemade items or donations from your organization to help support the scholarship fund through the silent auction. There will be learning and fun all weekend long!
Keynote Address
Joy O’Neil
Assistant Professor of Educational Sustainability,
School of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
O’Neil graduated with her Ph.D. from Prescott College in Arizona in Sustainability Education with an emphasis in food pedagogy, socio-ecological sustainability, and transformative and relational learning sciences in higher education. She will be presenting on the connection of Environmental Education and Sustainability Education.
